Return PolIcy
LGND Motorsports will accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please include all original items in your return shipment. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund. Returns within 15 days or purchase will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the product. Returns from 15-30 days will receive a full refund minus 15% to cover shipping and handling. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. LGND Motorsports will provide a return shipping label upon request. Non-contiguous US residents and International residents – including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico – are responsible for return shipping charges.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued within 5-15 business days of LGND Motorsport or Third Party Provider receiving all returned goods. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Return Request
IMPORTANT: Please only submit your return request ONCE! Duplicate requests can cause your return process to take longer. Once you have submitted the form you should receive a confirmation email that we have received your request. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your request and send you a return email with further instructions.
Non-LGND MOTORSPORTS Brand Returns
Non-LGND Motorsports branded products, such as tires and wheels, may be subject to up to a 20% re-stocking fee depending on condition of returned items.
Warranty and DefectIve Returns
If you have been issued a warranty replacement part, we may request you return the defective part. LGND Motorsports will provide a free return label for warranty returns upon filing a warranty claim.
GIFT RETURN
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a LGND Motorsports egift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an LGND Motorsports egift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
